O V E R V I E W :
After a short stay in Phu Quoc Island, it was time to head back to Ho Chi Minh City before my onwards journey home the next day. This domestic hop will be on Vietjet Air as they offered the cheapest return tickets during my intended days of departure, having flown mostly with Air Asia thus far in terms of Low Cost Carriers within the region, I was looking forward to compare and contrast the experience on this Vietnamese LCC for the very first time.
C O N C L U S I O N:
Overall, it was an uneventful short flight with standard service by the cabin crew. I was particularly impressed by the inflight menu offerings with its rather extensive selections from Vietnamese to even Malaysian cuisine, though I did not try any food this round due to the flight time. Nonetheless, the flight arrived on time despite the slightly late departure which can be a luxury for Low Cost Carriers these days. Given the chance, I will definitely like to try them on a longer flight in the future.
